DESCRIPTION:Next Monday\, February 13\, at 6:00 p.m. at the Eugenio Trías Public Library – Casa de Fieras\, the conference “El Hospital del Niño Jesús\, world heritage” will take place by Alberto Tellería\, technical member of the Madrid Association\, Citizenship and Heritage.\nAt the initiative of the Duchess of Santoña\, it was built in 1879 with traces by Francisco Jareño. It was the first Spanish children’s hospital\, and it was positioned as the cradle of Spanish Pediatrics. It has been valued as a magnificent example of the purest neo-Mudéjar style of the 19th century.\nThe event\, organized by the Association Madrid\, Citizenship and Heritage and the Association of Friends of the Buen Retiro Gardens\, will be free to enter until full capacity is reached.
