DESCRIPTION:On the occasion of International Women’s Day\, on March 8\, the Getafe UNESCO Center\, in collaboration with the Madrid City Council\, the Paisaje de la Luz\, the CVE Foundation and the Chair of Indigenous Peoples of the Carlos III University of Madrid organize this An act in which Liliana Pechené\, social leader of the indigenous people of the Misak people in Colombia\, and Ángel Sulub\, Mayan from Yacateco\, coordinator of the Maya U Kúuchil K Ch’i’ibalo’on Community Center in Mexico\, will take part.\nThe event will close with a performance by the traditional Andean group Luz En Mi Camino.\nIt will be at the Casa de Vacas Cultural Center\, starting at 6:30 p.m. Free entry until complete seats.
