Espacio Cultural Serrería Belga

The Espacio Cultural Serrería Belga, located in a former sawmill that housed the Medialab facilities and the beautiful refurbishment of which was awarded the 2013 COAM Prize, is now part of the ecosystem of municipal cultural centres, adding a new role as a centre that activates projects and ideas from an experimental and interdisciplinary perspective.

It is a centre that brings together the five senses through art, technology, music, design, fashion, gastro culture, literature and audio-visuals and embodies the values that have earned Madrid the UNESCO World Heritage status for the Paseo del Prado and the Buen Retiro, Landscape of Arts and Sciences.
